dlyn maintains a strict no refund policy for the following reasons:

• Our services involve significant time and resources from the moment of order
• Digital products cannot be "returned" once delivered
• Custom app development begins immediately after payment
• We provide free demos so you can evaluate our service before purchasing

2. Cancellation

Before Payment

You may cancel your order at any time before making payment with no penalty.

After Payment

Once payment is confirmed:

• Orders cannot be cancelled
• Refunds will not be issued
• Work will proceed as scheduled

3. Exceptions

We may consider exceptions only in the following rare cases:

• Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally paid twice for the same order
• Technical Failure: If we are completely unable to deliver due to our own technical limitations (not due to your website issues)

In such cases, contact us within 24 hours of payment with proof.

5. Revisions

• Icon or splash screen changes

Major feature additions or complete redesigns may incur additional charges.
