1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using dlyn's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services

dlyn provides website-to-mobile-app conversion services. We convert your existing website into a native Android mobile application.

  • We deliver app files ready for submission to Google Play Store
  • Delivery time is typically 24-48 hours after receiving complete requirements
  • We provide guidance for Play Store submission but do not guarantee approval

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR)
  • Payment is required upfront before work begins
  • We accept payments through Razorpay (UPI, Cards, Net Banking, Wallets)
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice

4. Delivery

Our services are delivered digitally. Upon completion, you will receive:

  • App source files and/or compiled binaries
  • Documentation for app store submission
  • Push notification setup instructions

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate website URL and business information
  • Ensure you have legal rights to convert the website into an app
  • Respond to our queries in a timely manner
  • Comply with Play Store guidelines and policies

6. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you own the app we create for you. However:

  • We retain ownership of our development tools, processes, and methodologies
  • You must have rights to all content displayed in your app
  • We may showcase your app in our portfolio unless you request otherwise

7. Limitation of Liability

dlyn shall not be liable for:

  • Play Store rejection due to policy violations
  • Issues arising from your website's content or functionality
  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Revenue loss or business interruption

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
